Terms of service

Last updated

Who you are agreeing with

ReelRoutine is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [LEGAL FORM, e.g. sole proprietorship] registered in [COUNTRY] under [REGISTRATION NUMBER], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or company using the service.

Using ReelRoutine means you accept these terms. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you may accept them on that company’s behalf.

What the service does

You give us a link to your app’s store listing, or a description of it. We read that listing, write hooks and a script, choose images, and produce a set of slides with a caption. You download the result and post it wherever you want.

The output is generated by AI models. It can be wrong, it can be bland, and it can misunderstand what your app does. You are responsible for reading a post before you publish it.

Your account

  • You need an account, and the details you give us must be accurate.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
  • One person or company per account. You may not resell access.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans, credits, and payment

  • You get one post free, with no card. You can see all of it before you decide. Downloading the files needs a plan.
  • Plans and their prices are on the pricing page, along with what every action costs in credits.
  • Credits are granted at the start of each billing period and reset then. They do not roll over, and unused credits have no cash value.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • If a payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days while Stripe retries. After that, generation stops. Nothing you have made is deleted.
  • You can cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a period.
  • We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

What you may do with what it makes

The posts are yours. You may use them commercially, edit them, and publish them anywhere, including under your own brand. We claim no ownership of your output, your app listing, or anything you upload.

Images come from three places: your own uploads, licensed stock photography, and images generated by an AI model. Each one carries its licence, and all of them are cleared for commercial use. If you replace an image with your own, making sure you have the rights to it is on you.

We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the service is used to improve it. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not publish your posts or name you as a customer without asking first.

What you may not do

  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Impersonate a person or a company, or claim an app is yours when it is not.
  • Make claims in a post you know to be false, particularly about health, money, or results.
  • Resell, sublicense, or wrap the service in your own product without a written agreement.
  • Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or work around plan limits.
  • Use the service to produce content that breaks the rules of the platform you post it on.

If you do any of these, we may suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it first.

Posting to other platforms

TikTok and the app stores have their own rules, including rules about disclosing AI-generated content. Following them is your responsibility, and we recommend labelling AI-generated posts where the platform asks you to. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Apple, or Google.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or that every generation will succeed. Model providers, image providers, and hosting can all fail. When a generation fails, we refund the credits it reserved.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those stated here.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can close it if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund the unused part of a period you have paid for.

When you ask us to delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Download anything you want to keep before you do that. Some records, such as invoices, are kept longer where the law requires it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top always says when this page last changed.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. Disputes go to the courts of [CITY, COUNTRY], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a case somewhere else.
